I've been meaning to blog some of these forever now. Where does time go?!! Now is the time to share with you our DeWitt family reunion that was this past August. In honor of grandma DeWitt, Aunt Linda put together a family reunion at a park in Roanoke :) Alot of the out of town family were able to make it, so it was special to her to have everyone together at one time!
Grandma Jane just passed away yesterday and I wanted to share some of the photos with you all. She was a wonderful lady!! She made me feel like one of the grandkids. When we would visit her at home she always had carrot cake or some goodie to share with us. She loved to cook and bake :) Jane and her husband (who I never had the chance to meet) raised 4 boys and a girl. That led to 13 grandchildren (including my hubby) and 21 great grandchildren!! Isn't that awesome!! Enjoy a couple pictures of Jane and the DeWitt family from this summer. I may be slow emailing or returning phone calls due to family coming from out of town and all the funeral arrangements. Thanks for your patience.
